Each family's postpartum journey is unique. At Sugar & Glow Doula Services., my packages are designed to meet you where you are—with warmth, trust, and care. All services are provided in-home, with the option to add hours and services à la carte.
The Sugar Package
Perfect for the mama who needs a little sweetness and rejuvenation.
Includes:​

60-minute prenatal or postpartum massage

Signature “Glow Mama” facial (hydrating and safe for pregnancy)

Sugaring (optional — choose one area)

Relaxation add-ons: aromatherapy, warm compresses

Light refreshments (herbal tea & snacks provided at session)

The Swaddles Package
Ideal for families in the early days at home, needing nurturing hands and heart.
Includes:​
• 20 Hours (2 hours minimum each visit)
• In-hospital support (based on hospital policy)
• Lactation education and emotional guidance
• Partner and sibling support
• Watch Owl break coverage (A brief break you can trust. Usually, 2 hours while you take care of YOU!)
• Gentle NICU navigation and presence (based on birthing facility policies)
Custom BYO Care
Flexible, a la carte support based on what you need, when you need it. Let’s build a customized package together.

Disclaimer:
All hours must be used within a 6 month period after purchasing. We do require a 2 hour minimum and a 6 hour maximum. We do not accommodate overnight support at this time. All esthetic services are to be conducted AFTER your 6 week visit and CLEARANCE from your doctor. Deposits are non-refundable. Once a contract is signed it is now a legal binding agreement and all funds are due in full before the first visit and/or service. Please keep in mind we do reserve the same right as you to cancel or discontinue services for any reason.
